  • What is the return policy?
  • If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to give us the chance to fix any issue you have. If there is a manufacturing issue with the product we will refund an postage cost, but please contact us first.  Please note that any custom printed items can not be fully refunded.  Please ensure that you check the size of your garment beofre ordering,
  • What if print quality is poor?
  • All prints are subject to individual uploaded artwork.  We can not guarantee a high quality printed image, unless the uploaded design meets the requirements set out. 
  • What are the shipping options?
  • All T-Shirts are shipped using local services, unless you wish your shipment to be tracked or sent quicker. Additional shipping fees apply for EU countries and the rest of the world.
  • Due to changes in shipping tax, some countries may be liable to a new import tax on receipt.  This is at the cost to the customer as we cannot control shipping or import taxes.
  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
  • Any taxes or duties are individual to certain countries, please check if any are applicable to you before purchasing any of our items.
  • When will I receive my order?
  • Orders are usually despatched within 2 days of payment. UK delivery is 2-3 days. The rest of the world will vary from country to country. These times can vary depending on the item purchased, as some items are not kept in stock and have to be externally supplied. Non standard items can add 72 hours to delivery
  • What do I do if I never received my order?
  • Contact us and we will investigate any lost deliveries and if required will resend or refund the order free or charge.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
  • All of our products are quality checked to a very high standard. If you believe that your item is defective, please contact us and we will do everything we can to help.
  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
  • If an error has been made please contact us as soon as possible. If we can change your order before your purchase has been despatched we will do so.  If we have despatched the item you can return the product to us. However we can not refund postage costs.
  • Where are you located?
  • We are located in Liverpool, UK
  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
  • Our stocks of blank materials are made to different brand standards.  For details of how each product is made please consult the relevant website for that brand.
  • How do I make sure I order the right size?
  • Sizes are listed on each product page. S(34/36"), M(38/40"),L(42/44") as an example.  There is also a detailed size guide available on the site.  Orders can not be refunded due to the wrong size being ordered if custom printed.
  • How do I make sure the image is the right size and location?
  • Follow the artwork guide and ensure you image has been saved to correct size you wise to print at.  To ensure everything is perfect email us with your exact requirements and we will be happy to match your needs.
